FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method of showing through eggs involves putting several incubated eggs into a medium whose temperature is different from that at which the eggs were incubated, obtaining a thermal image of the eggs and analysing the thermal image to obtain information in temperature of the surface of each egg. Information on surface temperature is used to define each egg as living or dead, turned or having its air pocket on the side.
EFFECT: possibility of fast identification of dead eggs, turned eggs and eggs whose side pocket is on the side.
