FIELD: measuring devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for measurement of two or more variables and can be used as part of equipment comprising mechatronic drives. As you know, mechatronic devices combine precision mechanics with electronics and computer devices, so the proposed technical solution is rational to use in the diagnostics of gear motors and machine tools with digital control. Device for diagnostics and evaluation of technical state of mechatronic drives comprises mechatronic module including a precise mechanics unit with attached electric motor and control unit. Device additionally contains resistance and current sensors which inputs are connected to windings of electric motor, as well as vibration and temperature sensors installed in the housing of mechatronic module. Resistance sensor output is connected to diagnostic test unit and outputs of current, vibration and temperature sensors are connected to trend calculation and functional diagnostics units. Outputs of said units are connected to residual operation life computing unit which output is connected to indication unit. Residual operation life computing unit may be configured based on a microprocessor system and indication unit - on the basis of matrix LCD-indicator.
EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnostics of mechatronic drives due to measurement and control of at least two parameters, possibility of permanent monitoring of precision mechanics mechatronic module and module of mechatronic drive residual life dynamic calculation that as a whole increases its reliability.
