FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device has electrooptic sensors placed on said object, which are arranged into groups called clusters (6), analysis and computation apparatus (2) which enable to determine the position and (or) spatial position of said object, electronic imaging apparatus (1) and optical projection apparatus (1), having a visual output device and a projection optical system. The device is characterised by that optical projection apparatus transmit within the projection cone a clear image (3) to any point of the free space zone for displacement. Analysis of signals received by sensors of at least one cluster enables to determine the position and (or) spatial position of the object in reference system established by projection apparatus. The reference system is formed by a plane perpendicular to the projection axis.
EFFECT: high accuracy of determining the position of an object.
