FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: visualization system with structured illumination comprises light emitter; a table of linear movement with the first beam splitter and the second beam splitter installed on it, located near the first beam splitter in one measurement, an image sensor for receiving light from the sample; and a levelling structure formed on the component mounted on the linear movement table for splitting the light emitter light and projecting the sample pattern onto the plane to align the visualization. When the beam splitter is optically connected to the light emitter, splits the light from the light emitter to project the first plurality of strips onto the sample plane, and the second beam splitter, when optically connected to the light emitter, splits the light from the light emitter to project the second plurality of strips onto the sample plane. First and second beam splitters comprise, respectively, first and second transmitting diffraction gratings, having first and second angle of the grating, different from each other.
EFFECT: technical result is improved speed, reliability and repeatability of system.
