SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structured illumination microscopy. Capturing and processing in real time is carried out on a plurality of image fragments on a large image plane by dividing them into sub-fragments, processing the sub-fragments and generating an image with improved resolution from the sub-fragments. Images with improved resolution can be combined into improved images and used in subsequent stages of analysis.
EFFECT: invention provides improved images, which can be used separately or in combination.
