SUBSTANCE: invention relates to predicting structured lighting parameters. Method for predicting structured lighting parameters comprising steps of capturing a first image of a sample; in a computing device, a first value of a structured illumination parameter is estimated using a first image; capturing a second image; estimating a second structured illumination parameter value using the captured second image; and a third value of the structured illumination parameter, which corresponds to the third image, is predicted. Prediction of the third value of the structured illumination parameter comprises a step at which a least squares approximation is performed with respect to at least a first structured illumination parameter value or a second structured illumination parameter value.
EFFECT: invention provides higher image quality.
