FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: mechanism consists of conic case with covers and heated walls equipped with branches for vapour supply and withdrawal and with branches for introduction of source and withdrawal of finished product, of separation breaking device, of separation chamber with branch for connection to vacuum system, and of hollow rotor mounted on shafts by means of disks. The rotor has a star-like cross section, vertices of which correspond to its blades. The rotor is made in form of a truncated cone wherein between the blades there is formed an oval channel of continuous cross section, while edges of the rotor blades have alternating trapezoidal cuts along whole length. The cuts are set off on neighbour blades. A gap between the edges of the blades and internal surface of the conic case is increased downstream product motion. A separation ring is mounted on the case by means of radial supports. It has holes in form of circular-like segments and it is located behind the separation breaking device. Vertical guides are mounted on the surface of the solid section of the ring facing the rotor.
EFFECT: raised reliability of mechanism, facilitation of high degree of vapour-liquid mixture.
