FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises the cylindrical housing with lids and heated walls provided with pipes for supply and discharge of steam, located respectively on the top and bottom parts of the housing, and pipes for the initial product input and the finished product output, the separation plate-type chipper and the separation chamber with a pipe for connecting to the vacuum system, the perforated rotor with star-shaped perforation, arranged within the housing and fixed on shafts by means of disks, whose vertices are its blades and whose edges throughout its length are arranged parallel to the inner surface generatrix of the cylindrical body with a constant gap. The rotor cavities formed by the blades are divided along the blade height with the partition, the lower part of which has a rounded smooth transition to the cylindrical part of the rotor and which divides the cavities of the perforated and the solid parts of the rotor. Inside the rotor cavity a partition is mounted, which also divides the cavities of the perforated and the solid parts of the rotor. The pipes for the initial product input are located within the area of the rotor blades action in the upper and the lower parts of the cover placed on the left butt of the cylindrical housing. The partitions located in adjacent cavities are spaced apart along the rotor cavity length relative to each other, with a pitch ensuring the screw conveyor formation.
EFFECT: even product distribution over the apparatus inner surface, which reduces the dynamic impact on the drum drive and results in a more stable product film movement over theapparatus length, improving the efficiency of separating the water steam and the finished product particles from the vapour-liquid mixture.
