FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: scoring device for machine for making gypsum plasterboard sheets comprises a rotary attachment and a support unit. At the same time the attachment is in contact with the upper surface of a paper sheet for the external layer of the gypsum plasterboard sheet that moves under tension. At the same time the support unit adjoins the lower surface of the sheet, and a score is continuously produced on the paper sheet by means of the attachment. At the same time the support unit is made with a hole provided directly under the specified attachment, and the lower surface of the specified sheet part by means of the hole is released at the bottom, while this part of the sheet is polished with the specified attachment. The invention also relates to the method of manufacturing the gypsum plasterboard sheet.
EFFECT: accurate and stable formation of a groove with constant depth on paper sheets for the external layer of the gypsum plasterboard sheets.
