FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly, to devices for production of construction articles. Proposed device is provided with forming opening formed by top and bottom boards extending in transverse direction with respect to direction of top and bottom paper sheet displacement so that laminar structure consisting of top and bottom sheets and mix filled between the latter is forced through said opening to convert laminar structure into lamellar structure. Top plate is made up of fixed bearing plate and moving plate. Moving plate is located under bearing plate, in fact, parallel therewith to stay in continuous contact with top sheet. Device is equipped with multiple ''up-down'' displacement drives to apply up-and-down loads to moving plate for its local deformation due to slack, and drives supported by bearing plate.
EFFECT: higher quality and strength.
