SUBSTANCE: cartridge incorporates optical disk 2. Cartridge for disk comprises main casing accommodating said disk revolving therein. Note here that said main casing has bent section, side sections (8, 9) jointed with bent section, opening for recording and/or playback designed to open section of said disk outward made on cartridge main unit surface, central opening (12) on said surface. Note here that one of two side surface made is cutout adjoining said record/playback opening.
EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions, reliable disk protection.
