SUBSTANCE: packed confectionary product includes a composition of biodegradable chewing gum and a package. The chewing gum composition is represented by pieces. The package forming moisture barrier is represented by a blister package, a plastic container or a bag. Moisture content inside the package is less than 2.0% of weight of the packed chewing gum composition. The packaging material moisture steam transport rate is less than 3 g/m2/24 h as per standard DIN 23°C, 85% OB/DIN 53122.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a composition of biodegradable chewing gum in a package without any sign of preliminary decomposition in the process of storage.
