FIELD: food products manufacturing technique.
SUBSTANCE: chewing gum contains at least one polymer, chewing gum ingredients and enzymes. At least one of the specified polymers produces substrate for at least one of the specified enzymes and in which at least one of the specified enzymes is included into the chewing gum mass. Additionally the invention implies using of at least one enzyme for the chewing gum decomposition.
EFFECT: preserving enzyme activity when introducing it into the chewing gum and the obtained chewing gum is well decomposed.
