FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for production of a biologically active supplement of soya seed coat envisages seed coat separation from soya seeds by way of their maximal dehiscence. For this purpose soya seeds are stepwise treated, for two minutes, with hot water at a temperature of 100°C and undergo showering with cold water at a temperature of 10°C. Then seeds are placed on a sieve with 3 mm size holes; then the sieve is actuated with simultaneous delivery of an air flow thereon at a rate of 3 m/sec. The seed coat separation from soya seeds takes place. The produced soya seed coat is dried in the drying chamber at a temperature of 40°C for 6 hours, ground into 0.5-1.0 mm particles in the electrogrinding machine. The invention allows to produce a biologically active supplement represented by a light yellow fine powder containing wide spectrum of biologically active substances, characterised by adaptogenic and anti-stress effect.
EFFECT: method for production of a biologically active supplement of soya seed coat is affordable and cost-effective because does not require special equipment and high energy costs.
