FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: there are formed time-diverse optical video images of a surface of an examined organ; change parameters of the images are compared with the reference parameters. The images of the surface of the examined organ are formed by means of a replaceable nozzle block. It is followed by determining colour parameters and complementary geometrical parameters: perimetres, areas, radiuses, length and width, number of flex points of local and integral image areas. A field of the geometrical parameters and colour parameters used for evaluating an amount of change of an organ is constructed. The reference and current information are compared taking into account the additional data of an examined organ pathology memory block. What is disclosed is a medical diagnostic device containing the replaceable nozzle block and enabling implementing the technique.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of pathology evaluation combined with enhanced diagnostics of various organ or system pathologies.
