SUBSTANCE: in the third trimester of pregnancy, there are evaluated: X1 - height of a pregnant woman, cm; X2 - right uterine resistance index; X3 - left uterine resistance index; X4 - blood total protein content, g/l; X5 - blood plasma creatinine level, mcmol/l; X6 - blood plasma alkaline phosphatase level, U/l; X7 - thrombocyte count in peripheral blood, 10⁹/l; X8 - blood concentration of soluble fibrin-monomer complexes, mg/100ml ; X9 - nocturnal systolic arterial pressure measurement index, %; X10 - morning diastolic arterial pressure build-up, mm Hg. The prognostic coefficients F1 and F2 are calculated by formulas: F1 = -0.62 - 0.30 × X1 - 0.46 × X2 - 0.33 × X3 - 0.21 × X4 + 0.19 × X5 + 0.19 × X6 - 0.19 × X7 - 0.17 × X8 + 0.23 × X9 + 0.21× X10; F2 = -3.13 + 0.77 × X1 + 1.15 × X2 + 0.83 × X3 + 0.53 × X4 - 0.50 × X5 - 0.47 × X6 + 0.53 × X7 + 0.43 × X8 - 0.59 × X9 - 0.53 × X10. If F1 is more than F2, pregnancy associated hypertension is diagnosed; F2 exceeding F1 shows chronic arterial hypertension.

EFFECT: method extends the range of products for differential diagnostics of arterial hypertension in pregnancy.
