SUBSTANCE: invention represents a diagnostic technique for preeclampsia in the pregnant women suffering chronic arterial hypertension involving a peripheral venous blood immunoassay in weeks 24-37 of pregnancy, differing by measuring a relative CD49b+ cell count in a neutrophil population, and if the measured value is 73 or more, secondary preeclampsia is diagnosed.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and simplified detection of preeclampsia in the pregnant women with chronic arterial hypertension.
