FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of remelt electrodes, flux melting, electroslag melting, accumulation of liquid metal, metal pouring, formation of tube billet with thin wall, mechanical processing, thermal mechanical hardening by method of combination in various sequence of heat treatment and rotary drawing. Electroslag melting and accumulation of liquid metal is performed in heat accumulating module combined with crystalliser and mandrel, bottom pouring of accumulated liquid metal is performed through outlet holes of heat accumulating module; at that, formation of tube billet is performed in crystalliser with mandrel with combination of opposite crystallisation zone of workpiece to its inner surface with forced spray-type heat removal, and rotary drawing is performed in direction from head to bottom part of tube billet.
EFFECT: invention allows improving processability, quality and reliability of thin-wall housings.
