FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: granules of aluminium alloy, for example, of AD alloy, and heat-resistant ultrafine powder, namely lanthanum hexaboride or titanium carbonitrides, or boron nitride are charged to thin-wall aluminium container. Then, container is closed with cover and shaken with cladding of granules with particles of ultrafine powder. After that, flux for example AH-A4 is added to the container and the container is shaken again with application of flux to surface of granules cladded with particles of ultrafine powder. After that, container is heated and pressed till the wire is obtained in the form of thin-wall aluminium cover with longitudinal fibres from aluminium alloy, which are located inside the cover and coated with particles of ultrafine powder and flux.
EFFECT: when the obtained wire is used during welding, strength of weld of the products made from deformed aluminium alloys of Al-Mg system is increased.
