FIELD: electric welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for electric arc surfacing and welding in protective environments of low-carbon structural steels. The flux cored wire includes a low carbon steel sheath and a charge. The charge of flux-cored wire contains the following components, wt.%: iron scale 54.00-73.90; aluminum powder 18.90-25.90; graphite 0.10-4.00; ferrosilicon 0.01-10.00; ferromanganese 0.01-10.00; scheelite concentrate 0.01-10.00. The filling factor of the wire with the charge is 30-50%.
EFFECT: introduction of scheelite concentrate can significantly increase the strength and hardness of the deposited material due to the binding of carbon with the formation of carbides in the metal structure.
