FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: technological complex includes device for application of nanocoating, as well as device for investigation of strength of the part at linear stressed state and at flat stressed state. Coating application device includes vacuum chamber having composite cooled cover the cavity of which is connected to housing. Metal bottle with the bath filled with molten metal is installed inside the housing. Above the bath there installed is metal tube fixed in upper part of the cover and provided with possibility of attachment to its lower end of processed hollow part so that closed cavity is formed and vertical movement of tube with part submersion into the bath is provided. Strength investigation device of the part with coating at linear stressed state includes the lever connected to the pin arranged in the cavity of tube with part, as well as part deformation indicator. Investigation device of the part with coating at flat stressed state includes pressure creation equipment and pressure gauge.

EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of investigations and reducing the time for their performance.
