FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of surface and detonation spraying of powders. During preparation the surface is subject to sand-blasting treatment and chemical etching. At that, layers are sprayed subsequently: first, layer of multi-component alloy including the material of treated surface; then, layer of carbide of high-melting metal, and then, layer of pure corrosion-resistant metal which is included in the composition of multi-component alloy applied to the surface before the layer of solid carbide. At that, detonation spraying of layers is performed in various throwing channels in strict sequence with frequency of not less than 20 Hz at the temperature excluding condensation of water vapours on the treated surface.
EFFECT: wear resistance is increased.
