FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: plant includes wind turbine with power limiter at wind velocity over the specified value and heat engine with rotation frequency regulator, which is loaded to electric generator through disconnecting clutch and flywheel, as well as freewheel clutch, rotation frequency variator and wind turbine load optimiser as per criterion of maximum of wind energy use factor. Shaft of wind turbine is connected through variator and freewheel clutch to shaft of electric generator; the first input of optimiser is connected to output of wind velocity sensor, the second input is connected to output of rotation frequency sensor of wind turbine, and output is connected to control element of variator.
EFFECT: reducing the organic fuel flow rate and prime cost of generated energy.
