FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventionss relate to medical equipment, in particular to devices implanted to patient. Device includes implanted acoustic transformer, implanted module and catheter. Transformer is made with possibility of mutual transformation of electric energy and acoustic energy. Electronic module is connected with said transformer and made with possibility of processing electronic signals of data transmission, connected with said transformer. Catheter has proximal and distal tips. Proximal tip is connected with said transformer, and distal tip is equipped with distal opening, which communicates via fluid medium with proximal tip. Catheter is placed with possibility of fluid liquid delivery to patient's cerebrospinal fluid. Electronic module can also be made with possibility of generating electric signals of stimulation, and device can contain electrode means of stimulation, connected with electronic module, for stimulation of nervous tissue of cerebrum.
EFFECT: application of group of inventions makes it possible to extend areas of device placement not necessarily in area of probing due to application of catheter for creation of communication via flowing medium between area of probing and system devices.
