SUBSTANCE: beverage includes 200 mg % of pectin, 15 mg % of vitamin C, 0.04 mg % of vitamin B1, 0.03 mg % of vitamin B2, 0.15 mg % of β-carotene, 0.3 mg % of vitamin PP, 240 mg % of potassium, 2.0 mg % of calcium, 1.5 mg % of magnesium, 2.0 mg % of phosphorus, 0.3 mg % of zinc, 0.01 mg % of ferrum and up to 100 ml of concentrated apple juice. The beverage is assigned in an amount of 100 ml three times a day 13-15 days prior to engagement in physical activities as well as in the process of them.
EFFECT: beverage ensures preventive and adaptative effect on the human organism, accelerates progress of recovery processes and allows to correct various metabolic processes derangements caused by stressful situations.
