FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: gaseous methane and chlorine are fed into channels of a burner placed inside the chamber of a reactor 1 through nozzles 5 and 6. The methane and chlorine mixture is ignited via electro-ignition to form a diffusion flame. A water screen is formed by a circular distributor 11 on the radius of a zone lose to the periphery of the flame. Products of the flame synthesis are directed through the bottom discharge 17 of the reactor 1 into a separator 2. Methane oxidative condensation products undergo successive deposition, the suspension is separated and nanocarbon is extracted.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain pure carbon nanomaterial with high level of stability of grain-size composition, provides high-technology conditions for oxidative condensation.
