FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: bacterial biopreparation contains biomass of hydrocarbon-oxidising Rhodococcus and Pseudomonas bacteria fixed on a porous support. The support is fixed on nonwoven material together with a cork-like floating component using bacterial exopolysaccharide. The support used, which is also a nutrient source, is fish flour. A culture of Rhodococcus and Pseudomonas bacteria in ratio 1:4 on a cell titre is fixed on the support using bacterial polysaccharide.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of reclamation of open water bodies contaminated with oil or oil products.
