The invention also relates to methods of producing and extracting 17-desmethylrapamycin analogue. 17-desmethylrapamycin analogues are used in preparing medicine for treating cancer. The invention also discloses a pharmaceutical composition based on 17-desmethylrapamycin analogues for treating cancer and autoimmune disorders.
