FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves milling of oil-containing raw material, its wet-heat treatment, oil extraction of the material with a solvent to produce miscella and removal of the solvent from the miscella. The milled oil-containing raw material is moistened at a temperature of 50-55°C with a water solution of vegetable oil with a concentration of 0.2-0.4% at a ratio of the milled oil-containing raw material to the water solution (1.0:0.3)-(1.0:0.5) while subsequent drying is performed until moisture content in the material is 6-8%.
