SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reusable bags for cosmetic and sanitary-and-hygienic appliances, drinks etc. Proposed laminar bag is made from thin film and has front and rear walls to define inner space there between. Front wall has inner surface from first material and outer surface from second material, and opening to allow access to said inner space, and strap. Strap has jointing surface formed from said first material and jointed to front wall inner surface. To reclose tightly front wall opening, closing appliance is arranged attached to strap via said opening and comprising cutting teeth to tear said strap.
EFFECT: ease of producing bag content escape opening, simple design.
