SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmacology, and concerns an immunogenic composition containing Neisseria meningitides antigen, aluminium salt and histidin where the pH value of the compositions makes 6.3 to 7.0. In the present invention, stability of the immunogenic composition is improved by applying the amino acid histidin that allows improving pH stability and adjuvant adsorption, and enables reducing antigen hydrolysis. Preferentially, histidin is found during aluminium salt(s) adsorption. The antigen in the immunogenic composition can be a preparation of external membrane vesicles or saccharide N. meningitidis antigen.
