SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an antigen composition, a method for its preparing and its using. Composition comprising antigen, aluminum salt and histidine is prepared by: (1) mixing aluminum salt and histidine to obtain a mixture histidine/aluminum salt, and (2) mixing a mixture histidine/aluminum salt and one or more antigens. Antigen can represent a protein or saccharide antigen from N. meningitides preferably. Proposed composition is used in production of a drug for enhancing the immune response in mammal and in humans against antigen (antigens). Use of the method provides improving pH stability and adsorption of adjuvant and to decrease hydrolysis of antigen.
