SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of turbine construction, namely to a method for manufacturing impellers of centrifugal compressors, in particular gas turbine engines. Method of manufacturing a composite material impeller comprising cutting the layers of blade material, the material extending beyond the contour of the blade from the root section to a length greater than the arc length of the support ring between adjacent blades, and from the side of the peripheral section to a length greater than the arc length of the cover disk between adjacent blades. Material used to make the blade is impregnated with a binder. In the mold, the aerodynamic profile of the blades is shaped and polymerized, with the material portions serving to form the support ring and the cover disk are cooled in a mold and left in the initial state. Hereafter, when forming the support ring and the covering disk in the assembly mold, they are connected and polymerized into a single composite material with a monolithic binder integrating the cover disc, blades, support ring into a single body that does not have polymerization boundaries.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to create a highly reliable design of a monolithic wheel of a centrifugal compressor of high accuracy.
