SUBSTANCE: invention relates to turbine construction, namely to a method for making impellers of centrifugal compressors, in particular gas turbine engines, and can be used in aviation, rocketry, engine-building and other industries. Technical result is achieved by a method for making an impeller of a centrifugal compressor from composite material comprising cutting the layers of blade material, the material extending beyond the contour of the blade from the root section to a length greater than the arc length of the support ring between adjacent blades, and from the side of the peripheral section to a length greater than the arc length of the cover disk between adjacent blades. In the mold, an aerodynamic profile of the blades is formed, on the root section of which the support ring draft is formed, fixing the blade in the radial direction in the separator of the support ring. Two separators made of an impeller material, one of which is a support ring separator, and the second one is a cover disc separator, are installed in a strictly defined position in the assembly fixture. Cover disc separator has slits corresponding to the peripheral section of the pen, in which the blade is fixed. Internal surfaces of the separators are made according to the shape and dimensions of the aerodynamic profile of the gas path, and a layer of material extending beyond the contour of the blades is formed on the outer surfaces of the separators. Before pressing in order to avoid distortion of the aerodynamic profile of the gas path, the blade-to-blade space is filled with solid elements, for example, quartz sand, steel balls. Pressing is carried out according to the technological regime corresponding to the brand of composite material.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to create a highly reliable design of a monolithic impeller of a centrifugal compressor made of high-precision composite material and with a small technological cost.
