FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in 24-hour monitoring of arterial pressure in conditions of free motor activity of person. Device contains measuring and compensational pulse wave sensors. Measuring sensor is placed under pneumatic cuff in place of brachial artery location. Compensational sensor is identical with measuring sensor and is placed symmetrically on diametrically opposite side of arm. Outlets of measuring and compensational pulse wave sensors are switched to respective amplifiers, whose amplification coefficients are selected on condition of ensuring equality of outlet signals from amplifiers in case of equal physical impact on both sensors. Outputs of amplifiers are switched to subtracter, whose outlet is switched to band filter.
EFFECT: application of invention will make it possible to increase accuracy and reliability of determination of systolic and diastolic values of arterial pressure, including conditions of motor activity of person.
