FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to surgery and is intended for treatment of mechanical jaundice of tumour etiology. Puncture recanalisation of tumour stricture of choledoch is performed. Stenting of puncture canal with metal self-expanding prosthesis with polyurethane coating is carried out.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to restore choledoch patency, increase efficiency of jaundice tumour treatment due to application of puncture choledochoduodenoanastomosis by transcutaneous transhepatic access.
