FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: device for performance of endo-exodermotension contains a ramus, rack and screw mechanism, and guide pins. The pins can be fixed in the ramus and are furnished with recesses accommodating reservoirs for spraining tissues. The reservoirs are equipped with tubes for punctuational filling with the liquid. From the side of traumatic handicap, the pins have slots for extension of reservoirs.
EFFECT: prevention of possible problems during coaptation of wound edges and enhancement of functional cap abilities of device.
