FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices of optic depilation. Device contains case, unit of light source, installed in case, tube of light screening and control circuit, which blocks light emission from unit of light emission in state, in which tube of light screening is not fixed to device case. Tube of light screening has surface of contact with skin on butt end surface on side, opposite to device case in axial direction of tube of light screening. Tube is attached to case in a detachable way in order to surround part of device case which irradiates light, emitted from unit of light source. It is free for travel back and forward in axial direction. Device also has spring element, displacing tube of light screening in axial direction towards the side opposite to device case.

EFFECT: application of device will make it possible to prevent penetration of skin irradiating light from tube of light screening and increase contact of device with skin surface due to external device configuration and circuit of switches located on control circuit.
