SUBSTANCE: X-ray machine includes a base for placing the control unit and the power source, a movable articulated arm that supports an X-ray applicator having an X-ray tube comprising an anode target and a cathode, and including a body having an exit window at one end thereof for emitting the x-ray beam of the anode target through the exit window for the object irradiation. The X-ray machine further includes a built-in dosimetry system configured to perform a real-time dosimetry, which is arranged in the X-ray tube outside the X-ray beam path emitted from the anode target and passing through the exit window, wherein the cathode is positioned laterally of the axis near the exit window. The method for dosimetric controlling the X-ray beam includes the stage, at which a parameter is measured referred to radiation, associated with the X-ray beam, by using the embedded dosimetry system, which is provided outside the X-ray beam path emitted from the anode target and passing through the exit window.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to deliver X-ray beam in a controlled manner.
