FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: heat treatment method of parts like discs of gas-turbine engines from heat-resistant powder nickel-based alloys is proposed and it involves hardening by heating to hardening temperature, exposure and cooling, high-temperature and low-temperature ageing. Cooling after exposure at hardening temperature is performed in the air; low-temperature ageing is performed at temperature that is by 20-50 °C lower than temperature of the beginning of formation of secondary carbides; at that, difference between ageing temperatures is 120-160 °C, and after ageing the parts are cooled in the air.
EFFECT: increasing ductility at room test temperature and long-term strength at operating temperature; increasing service life of modern gas-turbine engines.
