FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: heat treatment method of parts from high-alloyed heat-resistant nickel alloys is proposed. Method involves heating to hardening temperature, exposure, cooling and ageing. Cooling after exposure at hardening temperature is performed at a speed of 30-50°C/min to temperature that is by 470-570°C below temperature of complete dissolution of γ'-phase and then in the air.
EFFECT: method allows improving strength characteristics, reducing the level of residual stresses and increasing the process efficiency.
