FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: design of vertical shaft support with adjustable mode of operation comprises a layer of concrete arranged between a layer of concrete and a metal shell, an intermediate layer with improved water passage properties, a system of water drainage and supply monitoring. At the same time the layer of concrete is polymer concrete of higher strength arranged directly near the shaft wall to perceive pressure at the side of rocks, the intermediate layer is a fibrous concrete, and the system of water drainage and supply monitoring includes control and adjustment elements mounted into a metal shell.
EFFECT: increased reliability of support operation, elimination of emergencies related to water breakthrough into the shaft, provision of a controlled mode of support operation, reduction of its cost.
