FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medical equipment, namely to medical devices, in particular, to methods of determination and systems for determination of state of container filling with liquid, used with medical devices. Method of determination of state of container filling with liquid in system of tissue treatment includes creation of reduces pressure in canal of flow connection of tissue treatment system; application of reduced pressure to tissue section; collection of liquid from tissue section into container; reduced pressure relief; measurement of reduced pressure drop, when reduced pressure is relieved; and determination of state of container filling basing on measured System of treatment by reduced pressure contains container, reduced pressure source, measuring device, valve and data processing device. Container is connected in flow manner with tissue section and is intended for placement of liquid, drawn from tissue section under the impact of reduced pressure. Source of reduced pressure is intended for providing reduced pressure and is connected with tissue section by means of canal of flow connection. Said canal contains source pipeline, container and output pipeline. Container is placed between source of reduced pressure and tissue section and is connected in flow way with source of reduced pressure by means of source pipeline. Container also is connected in flow way with tissue section by means of output pipeline. Measuring device is connected with source pipeline and is intended for measurement of pressure in source pipeline. Valve is connected with source pipeline and is intended for reduced pressure relief. Data processing device is connected with measuring device and valve, and is intended for: opening valve for selected time interval, obtaining data from measuring device during selected time interval for determination of reduced pressure drop; and determination of state of container filling, basing on reduced pressure drop. System of treatment with reduced pressure, which has possibilities to determine degree of container filling, contains reduced pressure source, porous cushion, container, solenoid valve and means for determination of drop of pressure in pipeline, when solenoid valve is open. Source of reduced pressure is intended for providing reduced pressure. Porous cushion is placed on tissue section and is connected in flow way with reduced pressure source. Container is located with possibility of flow connection between porous cushion and reduced pressure source and is intended for collection of liquid drawn from tissue section. Solenoid valve is connected in flow way with pipeline, located between container and reduced pressure source.
EFFECT: elaboration of method for determination of state of container filling with liquid.
