SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A therapeutic system comprises a main line element adjoining a tissue area, a surgical tissue for generating a hydraulic sealing above the main line element and the patient. The in-built low pressure subsystem comprises a fluid reservoir, a low pressure pipe line used for low pressure feed to the surgical tissue, a source pipe line connected with said internal cavity, a pressure sensor pipe line connected with said internal cavity, a pressure sensor connected with the pressure sensor pipe line, a low pressure source connected with the source pipe line enabling low pressure feed to the source pipe line. The pressure sensor is designed for generating flow data signal. A low pressure control assembly is coupled with the pressure sensor and the low pressure source and designed to generate data from the pressure sensor and flow data from the low pressure source and specifying whether the condition that the reservoir is filled/there is a block, is fulfilled. There are disclosed versions of the low pressure systems, and a method for making the system.
