SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, to the treatment of wounds, more particularly, this invention relates to a system for the treatment of wounds, which uses negative pressure to remove exudate from wound and dressing, which is placed on the wound and isolates it; and the bandage should remain on the wound for an extended period of time. A device for treating wounds provides a porous bandage, container flow connected with a porous bandage, the first valve salvage piping, flow attached to the specified container, the second valve and pump. The first valve is located between the porous dressing and the container and is arranged to provide fluid passage between the porous dressing and the container in the open position and to prevent the passage of this fluid in the closed position The second valve is functionally located in the utilisation pipeline and is designed to ensure the passage of fluid through the tubing in the open position and to prevent fluid passage through said pipeline in the closed position. Pump is connected by flow with the container and is arranged to actuate it to exhaust wound exudate from the porous dressing in a container when the first valve is opened and the second valve is closed. The pump is arranged to actuate it exhaust wound exudate from the container to the salvage pipeline when the first valve is closed, and the second valve is open. A device for treating wounds provides a mean of dressing the wound, a mean for drawing exudate from the wound into the container, a mean for isolating the wound and a means of displacement fluid from the container.

EFFECT: invention facilitates removal of wound content, accelerate healing and minimise tissue ingrowth, improving absorbent properties and the possibility of evacuation of the wound contents.
