FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and may be used for pouring fused steel from intermediate ladle into crystalliser. Immersible barrel 10 comprises tubular body 11 with bottom 15, fused steel inlet 13 at top end, and passage 12 running inside tubular body 11 downward from inlet 13. side wall at tubular bottom body is provided with two opposed outlets 14 communicated with channel 12. Inner wall 18 of barrel 10 defining channel 12 is provided with two opposed ledges 16 running horizontally to extend into channel 12 between said two outlets 14.
EFFECT: reduced displacement of fused steel flows and variation in fused steel level in crystalliser.
