SUBSTANCE: movable wall element in the form of stem (1) of bleed valve or piston (7) for internal combustion engine includes base section (17, 20) from alloyed steel having carbon content in the range of 0.15 to 0.35 wt %, and external section (14, 5) forming the surface of the wall element, which faces the combustion chamber. External section is made from heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy which is nickel-, chrome- or cobalt-based alloy. At least one buffer layer (18, 21) of the alloy is arranged inside, between section of the base and external section. Buffer layer alloy differs from alloyed steel of section of the base and from heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy of external section. Buffer layer alloy contains maximum 0.09 C, wt % of buffer layer; at that, buffer layer has thickness equal at least to 1.5 mm.
EFFECT: reduction of high thermal loads on movable wall elements.
