FIELD: motor industry; other industries; methods of manufacture of the spray jets for the fuel valves of the diesel engines.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of motor industry, in particular, to production of the two-stroke crosshead engine. The method provides, that in the mold allocate the first corrosion-resistant alloy, at least, in the external field composing the external surface- of the spray jet round pinked out bores, and the second alloy - in the interior field. The first alloy represents the alloy on the basis of- nickel or cobalt, and the second - the alloy on the basis of iron. Conduct isostatic molding with production of the workpiece of the spray jet without the microcracks in an interface area between the first and second alloys. - The presented method allows to manufacture of the spray jet with the long service life cycle.
EFFECT: the invention ensures manufacture of the spray jet with the long service life cycle.
