FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical devices and methods of their application. Temporarily installed device contains case, which includes mechanism of fixation to body tissues, installation device and device of distribution of power supply for working instruments contained in the device. Mechanism of fixation includes fastening component for fixation of case to body tissues. Fastening component can have working and non-working positions. Installation device moves fastening component from non-working position into working position. Method of placement of temporarily installed medical device consists in movement of the device to first position on the basis of viewing images, obtained from camera, placement of the device and fastening component near body tissue and simultaneous movement of fastening component from non-working into working position for fastening device to body tissue. Method of processing of temporarily installed devices consists in obtaining temporarily installed device, its sterilisation and storage in a sterile container.

EFFECT: application of the invention ensures increased accuracy and efficiency of access in working zone for carrying out diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
