SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device comprises elastic pneumatic chamber with fixing means in form of a buckle on the presser belt. Elastic air chamber is housed in a waterproof bag with Velcro. Velcro is able to connect with Velcro on the buckle, which has four slits for the presser belt. Tape is designed to fix the pneumatic chamber on the buckle in any direction. In pneumatic chamber there are elastic stiffeners to improve the stability of the pneumatic chamber to a stroke sufficient to stop bleeding. Pressure belt is self-locking in the grooves of the buckle when tensioning. Control and regulation of air pressure in the pneumatic chamber is carried out by means of a manometer with the help of a valve.

EFFECT: invention can be used to stop bleeding in case of wounds and accidents.
